JeBediah Higgins House

The Jebediah Higgins House is a combination of more than 5 distinct frames, including Dutch and English timberframes, the earliest dating from the 1720s.

Chronic neglect necessitated major structural repair and historically sympathetic restoration of Colonial, Federal, and Victorian detailed rooms. The building was given an energy retrofit to achieve modern energy performance without compromising historic fabric.

Numerous salvaged materials were incorporated into the project such as Red Oak, White and Yellow Pine floors
